Place an order

Can I change my order after I've placed it?
We understand that sometimes you can change your mind. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us at info@brekahaus.com as soon as possible. We may make changes to your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

How do I place an order on your website?
Placing an order is easy and safe! Just navigate to the product you want to buy, select the desired quantity and specifications, and click the "Add to Cart" button. When you're ready to complete your purchase, go to your cart and click "Checkout" to enter your shipping and payment information.

Payment Information

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept a number of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and other secure payment options. All payments are processed via a secure checkout system.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Absolutely. We take your security seriously and have implemented strong encryption and security measures to ensure that your personal and payment information is protected. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Return and Refund Policy

  1. What is the return time?
    If your return request is approved, you can return a product within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. How long will it take to get my money back?
    A full refund will be issued to the original payment method after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the products have not been opened. All customers must contact us after returning the goods and provide us with tracking and delivery information so that we can process the refund.

Please note: Most financial institutions take an average of 3-5 business days to process the refund.

  1. Why can't beauty and health products be returned?
    A list of hygiene products that cannot be returned or refunded (this list is not exhaustive): make-up, hair styling products and other beauty and health products, etc. We take hygiene and public safety seriously, and for the safety of all our customers, beauty and health products cannot be returned. This is not unique to us, other suppliers of beauty and health products also do not allow returns for the same reason.

In general, products cannot be returned if any of the following conditions apply:

  • The buyer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products himself or by a third party.

  • The defect is due in whole or in part to official regulations regarding the type or quality of the materials used.

  • Hygiene products cannot be returned or refunded, especially after the current Covid-19 measures.

  1. My order is damaged. What should I do?
    For the fastest resolution, please include a photo showing the damaged or incorrect part of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface where the label and defect are visible. We will use this information to help you with your order and avoid errors in the future.

If you have received a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. Unfortunately, the return period expires after this date.
