How does Klarna work?
Shop at Schonpflege and then go to checkout with Klarna.
How do you receive your invoices?
The invoice is sent by Klarna via e-mail on the first day of the month for the previous month, unless otherwise agreed. The email address used for this purpose can be viewed or changed as follows:

First log into your trading account. Then click on "Master data" in the left menu. The invoice email address can be found under "Contact".

You can download your invoices in PDF format at any time under the menu item "Invoices". If you want to change an invoice, please contact Klarna directly at https://app.klarna.com/login.

How can you pay your invoices?

  1. Go to My Klarna

  2. Press Payments and navigate between the purchases/invoices you want to pay.

  3. Tap Payment Options and follow the instructions.

Problems with the order?
All orders paid with Klarna must have an official copy of the proof of payment included so that we can best assist you.

Go to My Klarna and tap Payments to see your orders and invoices.Select an order to view your payment details.


There you can take a screenshot of the payment receipt for your order and send it to us so we can help you right away.
